Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer at one of the reputed company in Kathmandu. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. The Human Resources Officer will also ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, develop HR policies and procedures, and provide guidance and support to employees and managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in HR roles with knowledge of HR best practices
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• SHRM certification is a plus
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
