Incessant Rain Studios is a state-of-the-art animation studio based in Kathmandu. We specialize in developing and producing digital animated properties for clients worldwide. Our comprehensive production services include conceptual designs, storyboarding, character designs, layout, modeling/texturing, animation, VFX, lighting, and post-production.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Incessant Rain Studios. The Human Resources Manager will manage all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy implementation. The Human Resources Manager will also be key in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy implementation
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are a plus
