Human Resources Manager
Education:
Must be graduate and/or with specialized qualification
related to the position.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Department Head in Human Resources in a reputed organization. Preference will be given to those candidates who have prior experience in the Hotel Industry.
Knowledge/Abilities:
Human Resources programs such as recruiting/employment, compensation, benefits, worker's compensation, employee relations, employee recognition programs and training for hotel employees. Ensure policy compliance, support the Company's initiatives, and promote a positive employee culture. Maintain confidentiality to the extent possible in all HR-related matters.
