Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at Kavya Resort & Spa in Nagarkot. The intern will be responsible for assisting with various HR tasks and projects, including HR management, policy implementation, employee benefits administration, and personnel management. The intern will work closely with the HR team to support the overall human resources function of the resort.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) skills
Experience in HR management and policy implementation
Knowledge of employee benefits administration
Understanding of personnel management principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team
Detail-oriented and organized
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field
Internship for 6 months to 1 year.
