Job Description

  • In charge of drafting contractual letters, organizing office events
  • Managing job application forms and letters
  • Contacting job applicants and inviting them to interviews
  • Ensuring the integrity the HR database. Making changes to employee records
  • Maintain the attendance system and generate scheduled or requested reports
  • Provide support in areas such as recruitment, training, compensation and termination
  • Producing references for ex employees who have requested them.
  • Provide service anniversary gifts and birthday cards to employees.
  • Coordinate and communicate HR issues and activities to relevant functional units
  • Perform other HR related activities as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor
