Job Description

  • Hire new staff as per the company's requirement to ensure smooth functioning of organization
  • Train the staff according to company's policies and rules
  • Maintain employee payroll and keep record accordingly
  • Evaluate the performance of employees and conduct desired training programs
  • Keep record of the employee attendance
  • Maintain and update staff details 
  • Ensure that staff is following all employee policies and regulation
  • Discuss about compensation and benefits for the employees with the higher management
  • Resolve job related issues and queries of staff on day to day basis
  • Plan rewards and benefits on the basis of performance to motivate employees
  • Designate office handling and other petty tasks to juniors
  • Plan out appraisals and performance management strategies

Job Specification

  •  Master’s Degree in Management. Preferably MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management
  • 3+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill (English & Nepali).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Negotiation skill with good convincing ability.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power-Point.
  • Able to handle pressure with limited supervision.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
