You will be responsible for the overall management of our human resources, which comprises of over 300 personnel dispersed throughout the country.  Besides supervising day-to-day HR functions, you are expected to review and draft policies, improve performance management systems, and negotiate collective bargaining agreements.  You must be a people’s person, great at handling all types of people.  We are looking for an HR Manager who is not just obsessed with improving the efficiency of our human resources, but also compassionate about the legitimate needs of employees and champions them.  At Raman, we recognize our human resources as our most valuable asset and strive to serve this important stakeholder through world-class HR practices.
