Job Description

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for the effective development and implementation of HRM processes and practices that support the achievement of the organization's business goals. The Human Resource Manager coordinates the implementation of organizational HR policy, recruitment and people management policies, and programs. Human Resource Manager works closely with Human Resource staff, reports to management and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.

Role and Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Organizational Accountability 

  • Develop, monitor, update and implement Company policies per labor law guidelines on timely basis.
  • Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales.
  • Liaise with other functional / departmental head to develop and implement effective human resources management practices.
  • Develop and implement improved employee’s performance appraisal system and tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development management.
  • Surveys market for competitive compensation packages and suggests management accordingly. Analyze and prepare/present salary structure in accordance to time demand.
  • Ensures HR manual is effectively applied in the organization.

Recruitment and Selection:

  • Develop and implement structured policies and practices for smooth/timely recruitment and selection policy/practices. Apply test and selection methods.
  • Develop and implement Strategy to Attract and recruit desired skilled human resources.
  • Implement applicant application evaluation criteria. Define and evaluate core competencies required for any open positions for selecting applicants for further interview process.
  • Manage and Develop all required Job Descriptions of all identified human resources in co-operation with related stakeholders. Make them available when needed to subordinates.
  • Determine selection committee based upon nature of open position.
  • Co-ordinate and manage employee orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluation, confirmation and termination.

Human Resources Management and Skill Development

  • Develop strategy and implement best practices of human resources management matrix model to provide productive and skilled human resources to an organization. Identify need of skill and apply effective HR matrix with the aim of best utilization of resources. 
  • Develop policy and imply practices to handle employee retention, motivation and discipline.
  • Develop and improve practices to handle employee relations such as complaints, counseling, motivation and grievances management.
  • Identify skills and competency needs within the organization. Plan and organize continuous performance development and training programs for employees.
  • Develop guidelines to set Key Performance indicators of employees and improve employee appraisal system and measurement tool.

Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • MBA or any relevant degree with specialization in HR.
  • 6-10 years’ experience in Human Resource area.
