Executive Search of merojob is currently recruiting for a client and is in search of a dynamic Human Resource Manager for a manufacturing company with strong leadership capabilities. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.

  • Spearhead the company's recruitment strategies and devise innovative approaches for talent acquisition.
  • Manage labor relations and safeguard the company's interests in all employment-related matters.
  • Develop and implement a robust performance evaluation system for employees, furnishing regular updates to senior management.
  • Organize and execute annual training sessions and orientation programs for company personnel.
