Bagaichā, a multidisciplinary art and food hub, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in fostering a supportive, inclusive and dynamic work environment for our employees.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Lead the recruitment and selection process for new hires (conduct interviews, complete new hire paperwork, conduct orientations).
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Foster a positive work environment that supports employee development and engagement.
Conduct assessments and evaluations of team members. Hold the team accountable for their performance and develop them through continual feedback and coaching.
Maintain a positive working relationship and treat all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
Strictly adhere to all the organization policies and procedures.
Work closely with other members in the leadership team.
Oversee administration of payroll.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Conduct disciplinary actions as needed.
Deliver team member reviews in a timely manner.

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
A minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a management role
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
