  • Effective verbal and written communication skills 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite

Duties and Responsibilities (Day Shift):  

  • Good network in the IT staffing market and good exposure to the whole IT consulting process. 
  • Good grasp of entire Employee Life Cycle Management Processes 
  • Manage end-to-end of the ELC - Onboarding, Rehire, Leave, Movement & Transfer, promotion,  Exit, etc. 
  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal  regulations 
  • Coordinating with Vendors as per the company’s requirement. 
  • Benefits administration. Understanding different types of benefits such as Medical Insurance,  Accidental Insurance, Social Security Fund, CIT, etc., as per Nepal’s law. 
  • Responsible for contract reviews/negotiations. 
  • Background Reference Check management across locations including Intl locations 
  • Proactively identify gaps, and scope for improvement in processes, to plug gaps and optimize processes and efficiencies. 
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees  understand their job responsibilities 
  • Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys;  keeps the strategy up to date 
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution 
  • Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations 
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently 
  • Maintain company organization charts and employee directory 
  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives 
  • Conduct performance and salary reviews 
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits 
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies

Duties and Responsibilities (Night Shift):  

  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding as per US  Federal laws. 
  • Coordinating with Vendors 
  • Benefits administration. Understanding of different types of benefits such as Medical Insurance,  401K, etc 
  • Visa/Immigration process knowledge 
  • Responsible for contract Reviews/Negotiations on W2. 
  • Good Understanding of working on H1-B, TN1 (Canada), OPT, and F1 VISA. 
  • Have excellent Skills in dealing with consultants (H1B, EAD, GC, CITIZENS) on C2C, CTH, Full Time,  W2, 1099. 
  • Good network in the US IT staffing market and good exposure to the whole IT consulting process. 
  • Good grasp of entire Employee Life Cycle Management Processes 
  • Manage end-to-end of the ELC - Onboarding, Rehire, Leave, Movement & Transfer, promotion, Exit, etc. 
  • Background Reference Check management across locations including Intl locations

  • Communicate and ensure understanding by employees of laws, regulations, and organizational  policies and answer questions by managers and employees as needed 
  • Execute and monitor grievance and disciplinary policies and procedures to ensure fairness and  consistency
