  • Efficient recording, maintaining, and reporting human resource information
  • Accurate and timely performance of payroll functions
  • Establishing and maintaining professional working relations with applicants, visitors, callers, and business professionals
  • Developing and maintaining effective communication, coordination and working relations with employees and management
  • Assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned
  • Company mails and other
  • Excellent knowledge of human resources including recruitment & selection, hiring, compensation & benefits, staff appraisal cycle, employees well being, training & development
  • Experience in the IT industry is a big plus
  • Able to deal handle sensitive information and to communicate tactfully
