The Recruitment Assistant supports the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. They assist recruiters in sourcing candidates, screening applications, and handling administrative tasks to ensure an efficient and organized hiring process.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR manager in drafting and posting job advertisements on job boards, company websites, and social media.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, follow-ups, and feedback.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, tracking candidate progress throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in sourcing potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and networking.
  • Facilitate pre-screening calls to assess candidates’ suitability for open roles.
  • Handle background verification and reference checks.
  • Ensure all recruitment documents are organized and compliant with company policies.

Requirement: 

  • 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR support
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with HR software or ATS.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
