Job Description

  • Assist in manpower planning, employee placement, performance management and formulation of policies and strategies
  • Lead the joining formalities of new recruits, assist team in employee on boarding also carry out the exit formalities
  • Maintain proper employee benefit records, leave records, insurance and medical claims
  • Timely maintain HRIS database with up to date staff information
  • Handle employee grievances of staffs
  • Assist in compensation management by overtime calculations, attendance management and prepare salary report
  • Provide other clerical and administrative support to the department
  • Report directly to Human Relations Manager   

Basic Requirement:

  • Preferably Masters Degree or minimum Bachelors Degree with specialization in HR
  • Tech savvy candidates having experience of using HRIS will be preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both in English and Nepali
  • A genuine interest in developing a career in HR
  • Team-Player, polite , proactive and pleasing personality
  • Should be able to work under pressure
  • Sense of confidentiality
  • Ability to work accurately, with good attention to detail
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
