Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are currently seeking to fill a crucial vacancy for the position of HR/Admin Supervisor at a reputable security company.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the HR department's daily operations, including the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving disputes to maintain a positive work environment.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.
Supervise administrative staff, ensuring efficient office operations.
Develop and maintain personnel records and ensure the accuracy and security of all HR-related documentation.
Coordinate and support the implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably within the security services.
Candidates who have completed higher secondary education with at least 5 years of relevant work experience or Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of experience can apply.
Familiarity with labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Strong analytical, organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Age: 30-50 years (applicants outside this age range will not be considered)
Two wheeler with a valid driving license is required.

Note: Candidates with a background in the Army, Police, or International Security are preferred.
