  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or similar relevant field. MBA preferred with 1-2 years of experience in the IT industry's Human Resource department.

  • Must be a detailed orientation and strategic thinking with never give up attitude
  • Decision-maker with concise evaluation skills with a great deal of patience.
  • Good interpersonal and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Job Description

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Recruitment:

  • MARKET RESEARCH of competitive salary ranges for developers across Nepal’s IT sectors
  • Plan, implement and manage the Talent Acquisition and onboarding strategy.
  • Prepare job adverts, applicant screening/verification, shortlisting, interviews, and recruitment.
  • Maintain a repository for future potential candidates as per their caliber and interest.
  • Schedule exam and interview upon once coordinated with team leads
  • Plan, deliver, and train new staff inductions.
  • Analyze the training needs in conjunction with the US and Nepal team managers.
  • Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures.
  • Deal with grievances and implement disciplinary procedures.
  • Develop HR planning strategies, considering immediate and long-term staff requirements.
  • Built and maintain relations with job portals, potential colleges, and Universities
  • Administer Payroll and Employee records
  • Adhere to the Nepal Employee handbook and organization regulations and work closely with intra-departments for implementing policies and procedures.

Coordinate initial setup/onboarding of recruits:

  • Coordinate initial onboarding procedure using HRMS software (Paycom)
  • Keep track of employee record form along with police clearance
  • Coordinate Domain and VPN setup with System team in (US hours)
  • Coordinate Legal paperwork including, PAN, CIT, and Tax details.

Coordinate employee departure procedure:

  • Conduct Exit Interviews and escalate feedback.
  • Provide a departure letter to employees no longer with SDS and disburse employee benefit/saving amount (Provident Fund, Gratuity, CIT)
  • Provide reference letters to employees no longer with the organization.
