Safa Tarkari is looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Professional to take ownership of day-to-day HR functions and build a structured, professional, and effective HR system for our growing organization.

With 50+ employees working across day and night shifts, this role requires someone who can independently manage HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, performance management, and HR systems.

This is a hands-on execution role. The selected candidate will be responsible for doing the work, implementing systems, solving employee-related issues, and delivering measurable HR results—not simply providing advice.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day HR operations, attendance, leave, employee records, and shift-related matters.
Handle complete recruitment and onboarding processes, including job requirements, screening, interviews, selection, and joining.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, contracts, HR records, and documentation.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflicts, and workplace issues professionally and fairly.
Develop and implement practical HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
Ensure compliance with applicable Nepal Labour Law and SSF requirements.
Coordinate payroll, overtime, deductions, attendance, leave, and employee-related records.
Establish and implement a practical performance appraisal and employee development system.
Monitor employee turnover, absenteeism, attendance, recruitment status, and other key HR indicators.
Identify HR problems, take appropriate action, and follow through until resolution.
Provide regular HR reports, updates, and recommendations to Senior Management.
Build a professional, accountable, disciplined, and positive workplace culture.
Continuously improve HR systems and processes as the company grows.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant and practical HR experience required.
Strong practical knowledge of Nepal Labour Law and SSF.
Proven experience managing 30–100+ employees, preferably in an operational or shift-based organization.
Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, attendance/leave, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR documentation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality, maturity, and professionalism.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and HR documentation.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results without continuous supervision.

Important

This position is specifically for an experienced HR professional who can independently execute HR functions and deliver results.

Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to attendance, data entry, basic administration, or clerical HR support will not be considered suitable.

The selected candidate will be expected to take ownership of HR operations, implement systems, resolve employee issues, improve HR processes, maintain compliance, and reduce the day-to-day HR workload of Senior Management.

This is a professional part-time HR position with working hours from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, 6 days per week.
