Job Description

HR Officer is expected to handle all the administrative functions of the HR Department with minimum supervision.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment and selection process.
  • Coordinate for career events, training & development, performance management activities, office functions etc.
  • Perform filing & record keeping of over 200 staff.
  • Prepare a comprehensive attendance report on a monthly basis.
  • Provide assistance in payroll management.
  • Perform all secretarial duties of the department such as preparing letters, filing, photocopying, printing, fixing appointments etc.
  • Other duties as assigne
