Job Description

We seek a visionary and ethical HR Manager to lead all aspects of Human Resources within our dynamic hospitality environment. You will develop strategic HR initiatives, ensure sound policy implementation, foster a positive culture, manage staff effectively, resolve disputes, and act as a key ambassador for our brand. Proven hospitality experience and strong PR skills are essential.

  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking HR strategy aligned with business goals and hospitality industry trends.
  • Champion organizational culture, employee engagement, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive training programs (compliance, skills, leadership, service excellence) for all levels.
  • Identify talent needs and create career development pathways.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Develop, update, communicate, and enforce company policies & procedures fairly and consistently.
  • Ensure full legal compliance in all HR activities.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the HR team and department heads on people matters.
  • Oversee effective performance management systems and processes.
  • Foster positive employee relations and a collaborative work environment.
  • Serve as the ultimate point of escalation for complex employee relations issues, grievances, and disputes.
  • Conduct thorough, objective, and confidential investigations, ensuring fair resolutions in line with policy and law.
  • Plan, prioritize, and oversee the efficient execution of all HR functions (compensation, benefits administration, payroll liaison, records).
  • Manage the HR departmental budget.
  • Represent the company professionally internally and externally (community, industry events, vendors).
  • Build strong relationships with all stakeholders (employees, management, owners, external partners).
  • Handle internal and external HR communications effectively.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) a plus.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership/managerial role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven expertise in Training & Development program design and delivery.
  • Deep knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a consistently positive, professional, and ethical attitude.
  • Strong strategic planning, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
  • Superior communication, negotiation, and public relations (PR) skills.
  • Visionary mindset with the ability to inspire and lead change.
  • High proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
