About the job

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic team. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various HR functions and contribute to the success of our organization.

Job Title: HR Intern (1)

Location: Nikosera, Bhaktapur (onsite)

Department: Human Resources

Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension)

Compensation: Paid

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in posting job openings, job boards, and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate communication with candidates and provide timely updates.
Prepare onboarding materials and assist in the orientation process.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Support the administration of employee surveys and feedback mechanisms.
Help address basic employee inquiries and concerns.
Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR and a desire to pursue a career in the field.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
