Job Description

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and paperwork completion.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing strategies for employee retention and engagement.
Participate in HR audits and assessments.
Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
