Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Setting objectives for the HR team and tracking progress
Work closely with the management team to help build organizational and people capabilities, talent management, engagement, and retention
Designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Develop compensation and benefits plans
Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training
resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors
Carry out organizational staffing through appropriate and sound recruitment and selection activities
Prepare and monitor HR metrics
Ensure legal and customers compliance throughout human resource management
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree with a specialization in Human Resources is preferred
At least two years of relevant experience in HR
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
Strong leadership skills
Knowledge of Labor Law and experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and
Workplace investigations
Ability to build consensus and relationships inside the organization at all levels
