Job Description

  • Provide essential information to account for the preparation of payrolls for salary disbursement
  • Keeping record of incentive/allowance and updating all important records of the company
  • Maintain Employee’s profile; (attendance, leave, misconducts, allowances and other personal detail)
  • Manage assets/equipment/stationary of office and issued to employee
  • Manage all the official documents (reports, minutes, notice, memos, training, seminar, etc)
  • To maintain discipline and sound working environment inside the organization
  • To manage all administrative tasks.
  • Assist in recruitment and selection process.
  • To conduct orientation program for newly joined employees.
  • Assist in conducting training and motivational programs
  • To ensure that the policies are well communicated to employees
  • To conduct employee’s performance appraisal every year
  • To assist in preparation TOR / contracts paper / agreements as required by the company
  • Maintain relationships between employees and their supervisor at all levels
