Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled "HR Associate " to manage recruitment and team coordination across international markets. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, conducting meetings, and ensuring smooth project updates across teams.

Who Should Apply?

  • Good knowledge of international labor laws and policies
  • Proficiency in Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Meet, etc.).
  • Experience in recruitment and human resource coordination.
  • Strong project management and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with international work cultures, especially from America, Canada, and Mexico, is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and manage recruitment processes across international regions.
  • Organize and lead meetings to discuss team updates and developments.
  • Track, monitor, and effectively communicate project updates within the team.
  • Ensure proper documentation and management of HR processes.
  • Study laws and labor acts, and draft agreements/contracts as needed.
  • Collaborate with international teams and maintain cultural awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Experience using Project Management tools, CRM, and ERP is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
