Roles and responsibilities of this job

Responsible for the duties assign by the HR- Department
Have to Manage attendance and coordinate with the Admin In-charge in several work
Have to travel to sites and manage the grievances of the employee
Maintain the personal file of the employees
Substantiates applicants' skills by administering and scoring tests
Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation
Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records
Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data
Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data
Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
Maintains quality service by following organization standards

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Must have the knowledge of labour law and HR functions
Knowledge of current trends and practices in HR
