• Depth knowledge of General  Operation and Administration, preferably  for Tourism/Adventure Sports/Hotel industry.  
  
• Develop strong public relation and effective communication between clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage the resource planning, Recruitment, induction, training and development of team members. 
  
• Interpersonal and team management, negotiation and grievance handling,  flexible on work timing. 
• Ensure proper availability of logistics supplies, vehicles and daily consumable. 
• Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors on general operation and work related issues.
  
• Ensure sound management of house keeping and security system. 
• Ensure proper follow of organisation's Human Resource Policy. 

Salary would be commensurate with qualification and experience
