Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an HR Admin Officer located in Kathmandu. As an HR Admin Officer, you will be responsible for managing various HR-related functions such as employee recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, and compliance. You will also provide administrative support to the HR department and assist in maintaining employee records and documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Two-wheeler with a valid license is a must
  • 0-2 years of experience in administration tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate or nonprofit environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.

Location: Bansbari, Kathmandu

Working Hours:

The standard working hours for this position are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

However, occasional flexibility may be required to accommodate special events or projects outside of regular business hours.
