This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin Manager at Espot International Education Consultancy located in Kathmandu.

The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions. This includes recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy development and implementation, payroll and benefits administration, and maintaining employee records.

The HR & Admin Manager will also handle administrative tasks such as office management, vendor management, and coordination of events and meetings.

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
