Job Description

Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and client dealing department

Work in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties, such as supervisors, department heads and Organizational Department at board level

Develop effective induction programs for staffs

  • Devise individual learning plans
  • Produce training materials for in-house courses
  • Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with supervisors and department heads
  • Ensure that statutory training requirements are met
  • Evaluate training and development programs
  • Have an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, be involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages for staffs
  • Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning, customer relationship techniques and present this research
  • Regular consultation with supervisors and organizational department

Basic Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management
  • Minimum four years' work experience of front office and housekeeping management
  • Good understanding of training techniques and knowledge
  • Solution finding, administrative, fluency of English and presentation skills are a must
  • Excellent customer services and interpersonal skills
