Role:

Responsible for developing and executing Health & Safety plans, ensuring that the organization meets the necessary legislative obligations. Coaching the team to achieve desired safety culture, drive and continuously improve Health & Safety of the organization and making sure employees comply with Health & Safety policy and guidelines of the Company. 

Educational requirements:

• Bachelor's in industrial engineering/ Management  
  

Experience/Skills, competencies:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field
  
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications
  
• An exceptional ability to assess risk and make intelligent recommendations on safety improvement
  
• Experience in a production environment with a comprehensive understanding of core safety issues.
  
• Ability to train and promote health and safety protocols among both white & blue-collar employees
