Job Description

The employee responsibilities include:

  • General administration of the school.
  • Monitor the quality, pedagogical methodology, and organization of all the courses given by the instructors
  • Develop yearly plans of courses, teachers' and students’ schedules, and shifts to ensure GH operational needs are met.
  • Organize exams schedules
  • Develop long-term partnerships with hotels to ensure internship placements for students
  • Responsible for the yearly student recruitment process.
  • Monitor, motivate, and empower instructors and students.
  • Teach English, Soft Skills/Life Skills, and other Hospitality topics according to the need of the Hospitality training
  • Recruitment of students

We expect you to:

  • Have a bachelor's or CTEVT certificate from the Hospitality Industry.
  • Have 2 years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry and in teaching. Experience as a school administrator is a plus.
  • Have good knowledge of English writing and speaking.
  • Have excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Have a creative and proactive mindset.
  • Salary based on qualifications and experience

Hospitality Vocational Training

We are both a well-established Guest House with a Restaurant serving international guests and a vocational training school for underprivileged students. The Hospitality Vocational Training is a collaboration of industry professionals and experts from Switzerland and Nepal.
