Title: Head of Performance Management System

Role Summary
- Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management framework
- Lead initiatives to enhance performance evaluation processes for both Nepal and global teams
- Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the performance management system aligned with the organization's objectives and values.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define performance goals, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the organization.
Framework Design and Implementation:
- Design and implement a robust performance management framework, including goal setting, performance appraisal, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans.
- Ensure alignment between individual performance goals and organizational objectives.
- Utilize technology and software solutions to streamline performance management processes and enhance efficiency.
Process Optimization:
- Continuously review and refine performance management processes to ensure fairness, transparency, and effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to automate and digitize performance management tasks to reduce administrative burden and improve accuracy.
- Train managers and employees on performance management best practices and ensure consistent implementation across the organization.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into organizational performance and individual contributions.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in performance management practices.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with HR business partners, department heads, and senior leadership to ensure alignment between performance management and talent management strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues, including goal setting, performance feedback, and career development.
