VACANCY FOR HEAD OF DIGITAL MARKETING AND CONTENT

Are you a dynamic, results-oriented leader passionate about digital marketing and online growth? If so, we invite you to join our team as the Marketing and Content Manager at B.M. Nepal Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will spearhead our digital marketing and content strategies to drive more traffic, bookings, and growth to bookmundi.com, helping to ensure that our platform takes another leap forward in our journey to become one of the top 3 largest online booking platforms for tours and holidays, globally.


Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and implement online marketing strategies (organic as well as paid) to promote the Bookmundi brand globally.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager on affiliate partnership marketing.
  • Supervise and implement organic link-building strategies in coordination with content production and PR stunts and branding campaigns.
Content Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with company objectives, audience, and brand identity.
  • Lead a team of content managers, ensuring a shared vision and adherence to content guidelines.
  • Review and enhance content for accuracy, structure, and SEO optimization.
  • Continuously analyze content performance, making data-driven improvements.
  • Stay updated on the latest SEO best practices and Google guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging multimedia content.
  • Create strategic plans for content visibility and website traffic growth.
Position Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven 4+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in content marketing, growth hacking, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing trends.
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and commercial mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English, including editing, and communication skills (proficiency in Nepali is also a plus).
