The Head of Commercial is responsible for generating commercial revenue through sponsorship, advertising, ticketing, merchandising as well as managing the Associations brand strategy. In addition he/she will be responsible for all communications to fans in order to raise the profile of the ANFA and its activities

Experience and Skills:

• At least 5 years experience in business development, sales or related field
• Excellent Track record of success in driving sales/commercial revenue (P&L experience) with a specific focus on securing sponsorship revenue
• Experience in planning, organizing and managing marketing campaigns and events
• Experience in leading projects (Project Management skills)
• Effective communications and relationship building skills
• Strong communications, negotiation sales and presentation skills
• Native Nepali and fluent English skills
• Strong relationship skills, able to deal with all sorts of stakeholders to drive change throughout the organisation
• Hold a degree in business administration, marketing or relevant field
