Job Requirements: The Head Fintech will be an integral member of Bank’s digital transformation ecosystem with an objective of establishing the Bank as “Digital First Bank”. The key responsibilities will include defining fintech strategy and execution framework, selection of appropriate platforms, channels and outreach partners, delivery of the pan-bank activities and oversight of the local activities relevant to fintech initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria for Senior Officer: Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in Management/IT-Management/Engineering/Computer Science or related field. At least three years of banking experience in related area. Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years as of January 29, 2020.

Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Manager: Proven experience with an excellent track record in leading, managing and inspiring a team of dynamic professionals. At least 5 years of banking experience in domestic/ international banks or five years of experience in related field. Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in Management/IT-Management/Engineering/Computer Science or related field. Age not below 25 and not exceeding 50 years as of January 29, 2020.
