Roles and responsibilities of this job

Oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
Monitor cash flow, manage risk, and optimize financial performance.
Organize payroll and related financial.
Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analysis to stakeholders.
Manage relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
Drive process improvements and automation within the finance function.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CA/ACCA preferred.
Minimum of 2/3 years of experience in finance, with at least 1 year in a corporate business.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with international clients is a plus.
