Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Executive to manage and strengthen the company’s financial operations. The role involves financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, cash flow management, and coordination with senior stakeholders to drive overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, analyze, and present monthly management reports and financial dashboards for senior leadership
Assist in cash flow planning, working capital management, and capital allocation
Support corporate budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and accounting standards
Prepare and review financial statements, provisional financials, and financial projections
Coordinate with business units and senior stakeholders to improve financial performance
Handle bank loans, renewals, and related documentation independently
Manage tax compliances including TDS, VAT, Income Tax filing, import duty, and related statutory requirements
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 4 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline (Additional - Professional certification (CA / CPA / CFA / CMA / MBA – Finance) preferred
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or corporate finance
Strong knowledge of financial statements, cash flow analysis, and valuation techniques
Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial modeling
Ability to present financial insights to senior management
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced corporate environment
Working knowledge of the preparation of financial statements
Experience in handling bank loans and renewals alone
Experience in tax compliance included but, not limited to TDS, VAT, Income Tax Filing, Import Duty, etc.
Experience in accounting software (Tally, Busy, Tigg, etc.)
