We are looking for a Factory Manager who is proficient at the management of a diverse group of people and ready to make a big impact supporting women. Felt and Yarn have been providing a platform for women's empowerment with free training and support to hundreds of women from marginalized communities. And, as a Factory Manager, you have a responsibility to not only handle and monitor factory performance, production, and materials but also to listen and have the patience to groom each woman. You are someone who is a people person and can adapt to the fast-changing space. You are a cheerleader, change-maker, supporter, and trainer for hundreds of women who are part of Felt and Yarn. The Role:

Planning and organizing production schedules
Motivating, supporting, and providing guidance to production staff
Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free
Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production
Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations
Setting productivity goals for each manufacturing team
supervising and managing the work of junior staff
organizing relevant training sessions
determining quality control standards
overseeing production processes
Monthly report to Management

Work Hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Including 45-minute lunch break)
