Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly capable HR Manager to lead HR operations across both corporate and production environments. This role requires someone who understands the needs of highly educated office professionals as well as lower-wage production staff, and can manage both with fairness, structure, and professionalism.

The HR Manager will be responsible for preparing compliance documents, managing payroll and RIGO payroll processes, handling appraisals, supporting ERP-based performance management, and building a practical hybrid work culture where suitable. This person must be strong in documentation, systems, employee relations, and labor compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, maintain, and update all HR compliance documents required for audits, legal requirements, and international buyers, including SEDEX, BSCI, QIMA, HQTS, and APSCA standards.
Manage payroll documentation, attendance verification, leave records, salary records, and RIGO payroll coordination in collaboration with the finance team.
Lead the performance appraisal process across the head office, warehouse, and production teams, ensuring fair reviews, proper documentation, and follow-up actions.
Manage HR-related functions in the company ERP system, including employee records, attendance, payroll data, appraisal records, and performance tracking.
Support the development of a practical hybrid work culture for eligible office roles while maintaining discipline and accountability across all departments.
Handle employee relations across different workforce levels, from highly educated office staff to lower-wage production employees, with fairness and professionalism.
Ensure HR policies, contracts, employee files, grievance records, and disciplinary documentation are complete, up to date, and audit-ready.
Coordinate with department heads and supervisors to improve workforce discipline, productivity, communication, and compliance across the head office and production units.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, Management, or a related field.
Strong experience in HR operations, preferably in manufacturing, export, handicraft, apparel, or production-based companies.
Proven ability to manage HR across both office and production environments.
Strong knowledge of compliance documentation, labor law, payroll records, employee files, contracts, attendance, leave, and disciplinary procedures.
Experience with RIGO payroll or similar payroll systems is highly preferred.
Experience with ERP, HRIS, digital attendance, payroll, or performance management systems.
Practical experience handling performance appraisals and KPI-based review systems.
Experience preparing for compliance audits such as SEDEX, BSCI, QIMA, HQTS, APSCA, or international buyer audits.
Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels, from senior professionals to production workers.
Strong documentation, reporting, problem-solving, confidentiality, and leadership skills.
Must be fair, disciplined, people-oriented, and comfortable working in a growing, system-driven organization.
