Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Representative. GSR will be responsible for attending customers, resolving issues and ensure customer satisfaction through video call.

Location: Lalitpur

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Hotel Management or any other relevant subjects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Should be fluent in English and have good conversational skills.
Should be able to work in a Video call or in Camera.
Should be able to work overnight shift. (UST or CST)
Ability to work in a team.
Vehicle prioritised.
