Hotel Lotus Gems is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to manage front desk operations and provide excellent service to guests. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of hotel reservations, booking management, and hotel management software (AGES system).

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and handle check-in and check-out procedures.
Manage room reservations, bookings, cancellations, and guest inquiries.
Operate the AGES system to maintain reservation details and guest records.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and online booking inquiries professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest services.
Maintain accurate guest information, room availability, and booking records.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
Prepare bills, process payments, and maintain accurate front desk records.
Ensure the front desk area remains organized and presentable.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Previous experience in a hotel front desk or reception role will be an advantage.
Knowledge of hotel reservations, booking procedures, and the AGES system is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
Friendly personality, professional attitude, and strong customer service skills.
Ability to work in shifts and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Nepali and English.
