Waldo Group is currently seeking dynamic, professional, and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Guest Relation Assistants. This role is central to delivering a world-class guest experience and upholding the high service standards of our organization. The ideal candidate will be well-groomed, articulate, and dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality and care to our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner
Manage guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring high satisfaction
Handle and resolve guest concerns efficiently and diplomatically
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor guest feedback and ensure service excellence is consistently achieved
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception and lounge areas
Uphold company standards in appearance, behavior, and service at all times

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree; hospitality-related qualifications preferred
Language Skills: Basic knowledge of Chinese is an advantage (optional)
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Freshers are encouraged to apply
