The Horizon Lounge is Exclusive VIP Lounge at The Tribhuvan International Airport Departure Terminal, Owned and Operated by Soaltee Hotel Limited a listed public Limited Company, pioneering in hospitality Industries of Nepal Since 1966.

Knowledge and Abilities

Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Greeting guests as they enter to the Lounge and escort them to their table.
Maintain excellent relationship with Guest and deliver exceptional service.
Engage with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.
Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

At least 2 to 3 years of Prior Restaurant or Lounge experience is preferred.
Graduated from Accredited University in Hospitality Management, or in related field.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of hospitality and restaurant operations.
