Job Description

We’re looking for a Group Manager, Product Operations to help scale and elevate how our product organization operates. This role is a mix of strategy and execution—part operator, part integrator. You’ll drive planning and execution, ensuring the product org operates with focus, clarity, and impact.

Working across product, engineering, design, GTM, and finance, you’ll bring structure, insight, and alignment to how we build and ship. The ideal candidate is a systems-level thinker who also thrives in the details.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Partner with the product leadership team to support day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with executive and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Lead key product planning and operating cadences, including roadmapping, prioritization, capacity planning, metrics reviews, and communication
  • Build and maintain dashboards that track product usage, adoption, performance, and business outcomes
  • Drive continuous process improvements that boost visibility and execution velocity without unnecessary overhead
  • Ensure consistent tracking and reporting of roadmap progress and delivery metrics
  • Support launch readiness and cross-functional alignment on new product introductions
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams to streamline workflows and decision-making
  • Enable data-informed decision-making across the product organization

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Clear communicator who brings structure to ambiguity, simplifies complexity, and drives alignment
  • Passion for operational excellence and building scalable systems that support growth
  • Collaborative, structured, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Strategic thinking paired with strong attention to detail and consistent execution
  • Leadership mindset committed to making an impact with integrity and cross-functional collaboration

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years in product operations, product management, FinOps, or Chief of Staff-type roles
  • Proven experience running end-to-end product org processes such as NPI, roadmap planning, launch readiness, and capacity planning
  • Hands-on expertise with BI tools to build dashboards (e.g., usage, adoption, time-to-value, roadmap delivery, feature ROI)
  • Strong operator with a strategic mindset—able to scale systems while staying close to execution
  • Proven track record of influencing decisions across functions and levels to reduce friction and drive results

Discover the perks of working with us:

  • Competitive Compensation & Financial Security: Competitive pay, festive allowance, SSF.
  • Health and Wellness: Medical insurance for you and your family, fitness facilities, and well-being programs.
  • Work-Life Balance: Generous leave policies, mandatory vacation, and a five-day work week.
  • Flexible Work Options: Work-from-home facility and company-provided meals.
  • Professional Growth: Learning & Development support, certifications, and career advancement opportunities.
  • Inclusive Culture: Diverse, international environment with a focus on equal opportunity.
  • Recognition: Reward and recognition programs.

Why you would love working at Logpoint:
