• Develop and execute the Groups financial strategy and goals in alignment with the business objectives of the group companies.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Ensure preparation and dissemination of accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements.
• Assess and manage financial risks, implement risk mitigation strategies, and maintain effective internal controls.
• Enhance financial operations, processes, and systems for increased efficiency and accuracy.
• Optimize cash flow management, capital allocation, and capital structure decisions.
• Manage relationships with banks, lenders, and investors to secure funding and favorable terms.

• Age: not exceeding 45 years
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the Financial/ Fintech industry
• Exceptional financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning skills
