Be creative, adaptable to trends and conceptualize original ideas
Have a strong, well-rounded portfolio that showcases your individual design aesthetic
Be a skilled user of design software
Have competent knowledge of motion/infographic animated videos
Have an active interest in art/design and are passionate about the work you deliver
Ability to research design aesthetic and guidelines related to various industries and products
Creativity, originality and a strong visual sense to make designs from scratch
Should have knowledge and idea of social media and Digital Marketing
Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
Good command in English
Friendly, positive can-do attitude
Good multitasking and organisational ability
Self-driven, able to work with minimum supervision
Knowledge of website UI design will be a bonus

Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media posts such as graphic posts, GIFs and short videos
Convert design concepts and sketches into attractive digital media posts, suitable for social media and websites
Suggest ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
Liaise with other members of the team to maximize creativity and excellence in performance and delivery
Create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources, such as software, art materials, and special fonts, which are needed for record keeping and referencing
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
