Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Select colors, images, textures and shapes to create the layout
Select the size and arrangement of the different elements
Use computer software to create electronic versions of designs
Employ color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques when designing a project
Develop material for web pages
Create promotional displays, packaging, and marketing brochures
Develop the layout and production design of newsletter
Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Degree in Design (or currently studying) from a reputed university, some experience with web graphics
Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software
Exceptional creativity and innovatio
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Professional approach to time and deadlines
