Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a creative, technically skilled, and motivated individual to join our growing team. The Graphic Designer / IT Officer will be responsible for designing digital and print materials, managing social media creative content, and providing basic IT support for office systems and networking. The ideal candidate should have strong creative abilities along with practical technical knowledge in IT operations and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Design social media posts, promotional materials, banners, flyers, and branding content
Create engaging visual content for recruitment campaigns and company activities
Edit photos and videos for social media and marketing purposes
Maintain consistency in company branding and visual identity
Coordinate with management for content planning and promotional campaigns
Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting for office staff
Maintain office computers, printers, internet, and networking systems
Monitor and ensure smooth functioning of office IT equipment
Assist in software installation, updates, and system maintenance
Support cloud storage and digital file management systems

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

At least +2 or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in graphic designing, digital marketing, website handling, or IT support.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

Graphic designing and social media content creation
Canva, Photoshop, or similar software knowledge
Photo and video editing skills
Basic IT support, troubleshooting, networking, and system maintenance knowledge
WordPress website handling and content updates
Basic knowledge of Elementor, plugins, hosting, and website maintenance
SEO knowledge including keyword research and on-page SEO optimization
Social media page handling including Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Ability to create, schedule, and manage social media posts and campaigns
Basic understanding of digital marketing
Knowledge of website analytics and performance tracking will be an advantage
Basic IT support and troubleshooting knowledge
Basic networking and system maintenance
Good communication skills in Nepali and English
MS Office proficiency

Preference:

Social media management experience
Knowledge of AI tools for photo/video editing and content creation
Google Workspace or cloud storage handling experience
Experience in managing multiple digital platforms and business pages
