Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, creative thinking, and practical experience in both digital and print media. The candidate should be able to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with the team.

Key Responsibilities

Design social media creatives, brochures, flyers, banners, branding materials, and promotional content.
Create print-ready files for books, reports, magazines, packaging, and marketing materials.
Work on branding and visual identity projects.
Prepare layouts using Adobe InDesign for books, reports, and publications.
Edit and retouch images when required.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements.
Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of design projects.
Maintain consistency in branding and design standards.

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).

Experience

Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
Experience in branding, print design, social media design, and publication layout preferred.

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
Knowledge of preparing print-ready files and print production process.
Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is an advantage.

Required Competencies

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Requirements (Preferred)

Experience working in a design agency or printing-related environment.
