Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality, visually engaging content that aligns with brand identity and strategic project goals. The role supports marketing, content release, and platform optimisation efforts through the design of promotional materials, platform-specific visuals, and campaign collateral. A key focus will be on producing timely, brand-consistent creative outputs, contributing ideas during brainstorming, maintaining organized design files, and staying updated with emerging design trends and tools to continuously improve content impact.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics (thumbnails, artworks, social posts, posters, lyric videos) following brand guidelines.
• Maintain a strong and consistent visual identity for artists and the record label.
• Design promotional visuals for YouTube, social media, websites, Digital Platforms, and the MOMO app.
• Edit videos including teasers, trailers, lyric videos, motion elements, and short-form content.
• Perform basic video editing tasks: color correction, trimming, transitions, audio sync, and simple animations.
• Use AI tools (Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) for creative concepts, enhancements, auto-captioning, and efficient video workflows.
• Optimize all creatives for platform requirements and campaign needs.
• Stay updated on design trends, video techniques, and AI tools.
• Maintain organized libraries of design files, raw footage, and project assets.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align visuals with campaign goals.
• Execute high-priority creative duties assigned by the supervisor.
